Our stay was wonderful! This unit is amazing- loved the ocean views. We really enjoyed the outside patio area with loungers, swing and table and chairs. Loved how close it was to the beach! Couldn’t be better! Inside is small and older but very clean and plenty big enough. Also it was nice having a full kitchen!
There is a bar across the road and they had a lot of loud live music late and over the weekend. Slept fine through it but it was definitely where you could hear it- especially if you sat outside.
Loved our time here and enjoyed easy beach access. Definitely recommend!

Awesome location, on the beach! Property was as described! Privacy!! Only thing we had a problem with is that we were never able to obtain any of the free activities after multiple email attempts and even a phone call. This was thru the company that supplies the tickets and not thru the owner of the condo!

Location location location! This place was amazing. Right on the beach and right next to a bar with live music and family friendly. We met some amazing people. All week we were the only ones in their amazing pool. The Airbnb is pretty small and crowded, but I was aware of that based off photos/descriptions. Lots of kitchen supplies. The shower had no tub so we bought a little blowup tub on Amazon for our toddler and that worked! Can’t complain much for the location and the quietness of the area! If sleeping in the main room and plan on shutting the door make sure you bring an additional fan because the AC unit doesn’t get blown into that room with the door shut and it gets pretty warm in there even with the ceiling fan. Would definitely return!

The unit was exactly as described. Although small, it was fine for two people for a few days. Met full time residents right away and they were extremely nice and helpful. It was obvious they watched out for their community.

First of all, Terri was so responsive!! I had a few questions and she responded in minutes! I also left something behind and she and her team were so helpful getting it back to me, they literally gave my info to UPS and had it back to me in a couple days. Her place is so cute and clean, has amazing beach access and a cute swing and chair setup if you want to sit and watch the sunrise. It was quiet, the bed was super comfy and it’s the corner unit so it had a great view. It’s also across the street from Alibi’s, my favorite little beach bar and restaurant! It’s a great spot for a couple!

This condo was perfect for what we wanted it for - walking distance to the beach and close to a bar with live music. Both are steps away here! It is a tight squeeze inside, but we knew that based on the price and photos. It is right off Thomas Dr so super easy drive to basically anywhere in Panama City, St Andrew, and PCB! Literally 20 steps to the beach on a quiet section with no high rises. Perfect for a couple or small family who wants to spend most of their time on the beach or out and about!

Everything about the location was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the check in/out instructions were very clear! The only thing that wasn't great is how long the code is to enter the door. It's hard to remember an 8 digit code, especially for kids. Unfortunately, they ended up accidentally getting us locked out (just how our luck runs haha), then the battery died on the door lock and we had to call for help to get back inside and then wait for the locksmith so they could replace the whole lock. Other than that, the place is great and has an AMAZING location with only steps to reach the sand and we will definitely go back soon!

Highly recommend this spot! If you want something where you are not having to wait for elevators or deal with a crowd all while you are steps from the beach this is the spot! The condo was exactly as described and everyone was very prompt and nice. We will book this condo over and over!

Had an amazing time the condo was cute and cozy, perfect location especially if you have children access to the beach is stepping out of the back door! Walking distance to everything you would need as well. I would def stay here again without hesitation!!

Great location! Was able to do lots. Loved the view and patio. Atmosphere was amazing. Loved listening to waves and music from the local bar and grill. Staff was helpful. The teens didn’t like the fact there was no WiFi but I loved it cause it allowed us to detach from the internet. Thanks again!

Great Condo with spectacular view of the Gulf of America

This place was perfect, as I was traveling solo. It would also fit a small family comfortably. The view is amazing, and is steps from the beach. Worth the price alone for location. Alibis is a fun place right across the street, with good food, friendly people, and karaoke! Accidentally left something in the condo, and realized after check out. I was easily able to retrieve it, thanks to quick communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Escape

Had a wonderful stay at this location! The condo is beachfront with a beautiful view from the windows! Beach is located in a quieter area with no crowds. The condo complex is a little dated but our condo was very clean. The property grounds are well maintained and the pool is really nice! Excellent communication from Southern Coast Vacation Rentals!
