This beautifully updated unit offers almost 1200 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large Smart TV and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV and its own private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk room is perfect for traveling with children, includes a third full bathroom to be shared by guests using the pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options. Tidewater offers easy access to Highway 79, is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Marco's Pizza, and Margaritaville. Tidewater offers guests both a heated indoor & 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, poolside bar & grill, movie theatre, game room, and fitness center with a Roman spa!

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $48 plus tax & credit card fees (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes up to 2 Parking Passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay will be sent via email prior to arrival. Max 2 vehicles per HOA restrictions.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Our stay at this Panama City Beach Airbnb was truly incredible! The condo was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. The view from the balcony was breathtaking — we loved sitting outside each morning with coffee and watching the waves.
The host thought of every detail. They provided free beach chair rentals, which made our days by the water so relaxing, and even left boogie boards and beach toys for the kids, which they absolutely loved! It really made our trip extra special.
The location was perfect — right on the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was fast and friendly, and they made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

We enjoyed our condo stay this year at PCB. Our condo was very nice. We'll kept and nicely stocked. Seems like all new-er appliances and i was so excited that the pots and pans were not so 2nd hand looking. Cooking was very easy this go round. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and well decorated in beachy colors. Beds/couches were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony furniture was very sturdy and comfortable for reading a book oceanfront on days that the weather didn't cooperate for being ON the beach. Complimentary chair/umbrella rental was a great perk and one reason we went with this property - the guys managing the chairs were so helpful, checking in about every hour through the day to see if you needed the umbrella repositioned. We felt safe on the property as you needed your wristband to get out to the beach and then back into the resort. Elevator wait times were reasonable, but could be a bit longer if it was close to check in or check out times (there is a set of three elevators just a few doors down from the unit). Check in and check out was a breeze and Southern Coast was great at communicating with us before and throughout the stay. Location very convenient to Pier Park and other shopping (could even walk there if you wanted to). HIGHLY recommend this cozy condo! The decor is spot on for the beach vibes, and all the details have been thought out perfectly. There wasn’t one item that I needed that wasn’t already available to me. The amenities in the building are plentiful, the view from the balcony is perfect, and the beach front is beautiful! This property was absolutely stunning! Up-to-date, clean, and homey. The only thing that I would have to complain about is that Tidewater has a horrible elevator system. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Tidewater was a fantastic place to stay. Unit 713 was exceptional. This unit had two bedrooms with a bunkhouse, ocean view, and three full bathrooms. It has been recently remodeled, and was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our stay was for 26 days and came with free activities to do every day. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay on the beach. Great Condo!
Condo was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for the five of us. Condo seemed to be stocked with all the items you would need. It was nice to sit on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 713 was AMAZING to say the very least. It was right off the elevators, super clean. The elevators were not good at all that would be one of my complaints. My only other complaint would be the security guard that is a woman who looks like a man should be fired. You come to a private place, our kids and SEVERAL others from about 1-5 in the afternoon threw the football. A woman was splashed and the security guard came out and demanded a child hand over their football or she was going to shut the whole pool and music down. Stating NO ONE owned the condos anyone was in (as if she knew). She was very RUDE AND STOLE A CHILDS BALL because it is private property and legally she cannot do that. Nice unit
Unit was as described. Lots of space for our group of 6. Elevators are the only inconvenience, but the property try’s very hard to help control the flow. Perfect representation of Panama City Beach
Then property was exactly as advertised. Beach view condo and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided and was within walking distance of everything we wanted. We loved being in a lower level, the elevator wait wasn’t too bad and we could take the stairs if needed . Loved having a beachchair included with our rental. You need to be down there in line by 8am if you want a front row, and have to go down daily. . The Keurig in our room didn’t work but there was a regular coffee pot, small inconvenience. The only complaint I would say is that the Ayer in the primary shower doesn’t drain well and you’re always standing in water while trying to shower . Great location with easy walk to Pier Park. We found this rental as a last-minute trip. The location was great, right on the beach! It was clean and spacious and a great deal. Dream Unit
Best decor and style I have seen since I discovered Tidewater! Renovation and upgrades are fantastic along with the TV, especially on rain/fog filled days when stuck inside. Pools & hot tubs were not crowded during this time and you can never beat the view of the sunset from the balcony! Thank you for the perfect vacation. The condo was great, very clean, plenty of room and had everything we needed weather we were enjoying a night in or a day on the beach.
