This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 9th floor in the highly sought-after east end of Panama City Beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort. It is within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls, and is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort offers guests a large resort style zero entry swimming pool (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, kiddie pool/play area, tiki bar and corner market, both open seasonally.
This fabulous unit has been recently updated and offers almost 1,400 square feet of beachfront luxury. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Coffee lovers will be pleased to find both a drip coffee maker that uses coffee grounds to brew a full pot and a Keurig coffeemaker for single pod use. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the gulf, a large flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed is also gulf front and has its own private ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, walk in shower, and exquisite double sinks. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and another full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, perfect for families traveling with children. All bedrooms have televisions. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: Parking is available at a cost of $50 (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) per vehicle per stay. Max 2 vehicles. Wristbands must be worn by guests 6 years of age and older while on property. These can be purchased for $6/each (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) up to the number your unit sleeps. A link for you to purchase parking and wristbands will be sent prior to arrival.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- The resort requires adult guests to upload a photo ID prior to arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Guests do NOT have access to the Gym.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Boardwalk 904 is a Stunning condo! The kitchen is well equipped. The view of the Gulf from the great room and master bedroom is breathtaking and the beds are so comfortable! Great unit!
We've stayed in various units at Boardwalk Beach Resort and really enjoyed this one. It's very clean and updated. We cook a lot while there and the kitchen is well stocked which makes it easy. The view from the balcony was amazing!! The only negative things I have to say are about the resort...the hoses to rinse off coming off the beach do not work. They didn’t work last year when we stayed at this resort. Beautiful Unit ⛱️
Our family loved the stay here! Boardwalk is one of our favorite places to visit. The condo upgrades are great and all appliances are clean. The u it was fully stocked to be able to prepare all kinds of meals. Having a regular coffee maker AND a keurig was a great surprise! Only suggestion would be to have cleaning crew do a better clean in the showers and kitchen sink. I did some self cleaning to remove the mold/mildew in both. Our stay here was great - excellent floor plan for a family. My only feedback would be it would’ve been great to have a pack and play. This unit came up when I filtered my search for a crib. We figured it out, but I suggest having a pack and play included as this is a great unit for families! Also - be aware that the kitchen is very minimally stocked. Beautiful condo with gorgeous view!!
I will start off by saying, the kiddie pool was out of service, but my little girl enjoyed the shallow end of the big pool just as well. The master bed popped a lot, but still slept wonderfully. The dryer didn’t work while we were there and we had to hang our clothes to dry, but over all this was an amazing place and still gets 5 stars from me and I do plan on coming back! Our trip was nothing short of amazing! The panoramic view is incredible! Just a few steps out to the clearest ocean waters I’ve ever seen in my life and no more than a hop, skip, and a jump to some of the coolest shops and attractions. This place is wonderful. The Confort, the location, the view, also is well equipped, and lovely decorated. The private beach is amazing and has a bar/restaurant with great food and live music. Beautiful Condo and Views
The condo is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! I loved the updated style of the condo, the master bedroom and bath are beautiful. The kitchen was so nice, with everything we needed to prepare a few meals and have coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean on the balcony. The tiki bar downstairs right off the pool was an added bonus. My family loved walking out to the beach from the property and everything was kept up very nicely. We had no problems at all and had a WONDERFUL week in Boardwalk 904! The pool rules are extreme with constant security making the rounds. You also can't find a chair by 11am. I understand they really want the resort to be family friendly but it would be nice if just one hour a day they would let them have diving toys or a small ball to respectfully toss back and forth in the water. Nothing was allowed anywhere near the pool that could remotely be fun. We won't stay in this complex again because of the pool rules. My 12 year old loves to make friends in the pool and he can't if you just have to stand there. LOVED the gated parking lot and the security constantly made themselves present - yet they were very friendly. Southern Coast was an excellent host. Entire process was seamless and communication was great. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. I absolutely loved the condo it was beautiful. The location is perfect, and the bunk room was a huge plus.

The view was fantastic! The condo was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture and dining chairs. We had one small hiccup the first night, but the host sent someone out first thing the next morning to take care of it for us - Terri was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated her. Great place on the Beach
Southern Coast Vacation Rentals is an excellent management company. We had HVAC problems upon arrival, which were fixed on Super Bowl Sunday! The unit is great, furnishing and bedding top rated. The building's parking garage is handy to the elevators; the parking is limited in the covered area. The building has a pool and an exercise room. The area around Boardwalk is walkable but has few restaurants, so look to drive to dinner. Southern Coast is excellent management company. We have HVAC problems upon arrival, which were resolved on Super Bowl Sunday. Boardwalk is lovely, as is this beautifully decorated condo! We’ll definitely be back. There were only 2 issues. First was that all of the sheets and towels smelled like cigarettes so we had to launder them on our first day there. We later learned that the laundry is done off site so perhaps that was the issue because the condo didn’t smell that way. Second, chairs and umbrella are not included. Great condo
We enjoyed our stay! The boardwalk is a great condo option in Panama City. We didn’t have to wait on the elevators and the beach is not too crowded. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant at the pool! EXCELLENT ACCOMODATIONS
Our 1st time in Panama City and we love it. Not overly crowded and our condo was excellent. Very clean and in good working condition.
