It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests both indoor (heated) & outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, adult waterfall pool, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill, internet cafe & market, Starbucks, tennis/pickleball courts, covered parking, movie theatre, game room and fitness center!

This unit offers almost 1,000 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 2 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and its own television. There is also a second full bathroom. The living room sofa does pullout into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.

- There is an additional $40 Registration Fee required to be paid directly to the resort outside of this booking. A link for registration and payment will be provided prior to your arrival. Registration includes 1 Parking Pass. A second Parking Pass may be purchased for an additional $40, except from June 29-July 27. During these dates, only 1 vehicle is permitted. No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
