The property was very nice. The condominium I stayed at was nice except for the house cleaning was not to my expectations. Walked into my condominium to find crumbs on the table with a few ants on it. The place was not swept and clean as I was told it would be. Therefore, I ended up sweeping the whole entire place.

It was a good place to stay and get away from daily life!
Drive to the beach wasn’t too far and a good local coffee shop near by.
* But if you want to be VERY near the beach or near a bigger town I wouldn’t recommend: but it was perfect for what I was looking for, a good quiet area to stay at.

Couple getaway
This is our second year in this condo at Reflections We returned because it has all that we need for a perfect trip away. Any questions we may have are always answered promptly. The porch is where we spend most of our time and it set up for eating and also quiet reading. Which is exactly how we like to spend our time! 5 stars to this retreat.

Immaculate unit well equipped in a beautiful setting. Views from the enclosed deck of the bay were spectacular at sunset. Reflections offers pool, hot tub and spa services on site. The Bay Point community is a resort with Jack Nicklaus golf course and a host of amenities. The bay side setting has a marina and piers with access to a private beach. I personally find this setting more desirable than being on the beach.

Really enjoyed the location as it was close enough to get to dinner and the beach quickly but felt far enough away that we weren't right in the middle of everything. A very nice balance. Everything was very clean and the host was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

place was beautiful , great location easy access. calm quiet very relaxing. loved watching the storms over the bay during the evening while reading a book. has a private beach to go to, pool is massive and not packed like most place. only problem we had really was the bedroom door didn't shut and lock and stay shut and locked then the bathroom door to the bedroom would come off the truck everything you closed it and you had to work with it to get it open. overall we loved the room and the place. we would love to stay again and plan to stay as much as possible. thank you again for having us. if we could give more than 5 stars we would ✨️

Our Best Vacation Yet!
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We lived on the Gulf for a few years and now make it a point to return every year and this was our favorite place we have stayed! Everything you want to do is on the property though we did venture out most days. There were some very minor cosmetic issues (flooring had gaps, some rust and dirt in places) but nothing anyone else noticed. We are already mapping out our stay there next time and counting down the days!

Just right me for me. . traveling solo
This was my first time staying in Upper Grand Lagoon. I was a little nervous about not being right on the beach but it turned out to be just right for me. The view from the condo was pleasant and enjoyable. You are able to see the pool, a golf tee and a pier for tour boats. Always something to watch. This property is well situated for getting in your steps and would probably be good for easy bike rides. Walking down to the marina every morning was great. The living room was full of light and not overcrowded with furniture, which appeared to be in good shape. The kitchen was well stocked and had every small appliance known to man. The bathroom was a good size with a large walk-in shower with great water pressure. The bedroom featured a queen size bed with a very soft mattress. The property manager was quick to respond and resolve a couple of very minor issues. Finding a cafe at the hotel next door that offered Starbucks coffee was enough to get me to book this property again!
