This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is located at 183 White Sandy Drive in the popular resort community of Gulf Highlands, and just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. This spacious and updated 2-level townhome offers almost 1,000 square feet of living space. It's been freshly painted with updated LVP floors and new cabinetry! Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room features brand new furniture offering guests ample, comfortable seating which includes a pullout sofa, love seat and recliner. Also includes a large Smart TV. Step out on the patio to relax in the brand-new seating and enjoy the scenery. The back yard overlooks the putt-putt course and the nearby shuffleboard courts. For your convenience, a half bathroom is also located downstairs and a full-sized washing machine and dryer for your use off the patio.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a Smart TV and private access to the second story balcony overlooking the putt-putt course. The second bedroom also features a Queen-sized bed and Smart TV. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo located upstairs with access from the hallway or directly from the master bedroom. Location had everything you’d need to cook a meal, had lots of beach supplies (cart, toys, boogie boards). Putt putt course behind the condo is a little worn but still lots of fun! Very easy walk to the beach and the restaurant on the beach is super convenient! Check-in was super easy! The only thing I could say is the mattresses were not very comfortable. As someone who has back/hip problems, it was pretty uncomfortable but if you’re someone who doesn’t have back problems or doesn’t mind as much, it shouldn’t cause a problem. We LOVED staying here! Puttputt, pickle ball, a few pools, walking distance to beach etc! My teenagers loved it. It was also a safe neighborhood! We will definitely try to stay here again next year. It wasn’t swept when we came in (but it’s on the beach!) but that’s all I have to say that’s not perfect. Loved the place. No real complaints! Kids loved the beach toys in the storage bin outside. We even added a few more to the collection before we left. The wagon in the closet by the stairs was PERFECT because I forgot to pack ours! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder was all we needed. I saw coffee filters above the microwave, but we didn’t use the coffee pot. Still nice to know they’re available! Oh, and in the closet at the stairs, there’s a few games stashed at the top. We had Scrabble night and loved it. Couple suggestions though. Bring in some more blankets. There wasn’t much bedding for the hide a bed. Also, a swiffer sweeper or a stick vacuum to help combat sand and daily mess on the floor. There were pads for a swiffer, but I didn’t see one anywhere. Bathroom could use a few more bath towels. With 5 people showering every day, we kept running out of towels before they were done in the wash. And an extra roll or two of paper towels would’ve been handy. We had extra toilet paper (and we left a pack behind too) but there was just the one half used roll of paper towels. The condo complex is right in the middle of PBC, perfect location. We walked to almost everything. It also had pools, pickle ball, miniature golf, tennis.
Condo had everything we needed for a long stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
