If you're looking to be in the middle of all the action, this is the place! Laketown Wharf is located in the heart of Panama City Beach's shopping, dining, and entertainment district, directly across the street from the famous Pineapple Willy's and Walmart. This incredible complex offers guests FIVE swimming pools (one heated)- a zero entry pool, partially shaded pool, island pool, rooftop pool (with amazing views), & a kiddie pool. It also has two hot tubs, kid's funscape playground, fitness center, putting green, and 52,000 square foot lakefront boardwalk. LTW is also home to some of PCB's most popular restaurants including Juan Taco & The Wharf, an all-inclusive buffet complete with a 735-gallon saltwater aquarium featured on the hit television show, Tanked! It's within walking distance to Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or Not, & Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Gran Maze. Laketown Wharf owners & guests have gated, deeded beach access located directly across the street from the complex. Here you can also rent beach chairs & umbrellas, as well as a variety of watercrafts/watersports.
This fabulous second floor unit offers almost 1,100 square feet of living space, including 1 bedroom, 1 set of bunk beds, and 1 pull out sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 6. The master bedroom features a king bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Travel down the hall and find a set of bunks in a secluded hallway with convenient access to a second full bathroom, also with a combination tub/shower. The open concept living and dining area leads out to the spacious private balcony. overlooking the lake. Unit also comes with a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, & cable.
- Please note, there is an additional one-time fee of $86.97 (subject to change) to be paid on site for up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands for the duration of your stay. This fee is in addition to your reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- No Smoking and No Pets allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. This is only enough to get you started. However, Walmart is conveniently located directly across the street.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

This condo is in a perfect location and I love the access to all of the pools. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my friends. Very clean and very spacious. We had a perfect view of the pond as well. Great Location!
Beautiful condo right in the heart of everything. Even had a Walmart right across the street. Great restaurants right on the property and if you don't want to eat at any of those, there's a ton of options only about 5 mins away. Perfect access to the beach. Host was extremely helpful, responsive, and nice. Another perk was the(1) free admission tix to several events and activities that came along with the until. We took full advantage of that. Only complaint was seeing the wait lines for the elevators. Thankfully our unit was on the 2nd floor so we used the stairs our entire stay. Very Pretty & Peaceful!
We normally stay on the other side of Front Beach, at Majestic and decided to try something different. When my daughter realized it was directly across the street from Pineapple Willy's, she was so excited! It was in the center of all the action, in a good way. Easy Access, great place!
This condo has the best of both worlds, it's in a large resort with a bunch of things to do but also very easy to get to being on the 2nd floor. It was very spacious for just a 1 bedroom unit. We loved having the kids in a separate bunk area with their own bathroom. We've stayed at Laketown Wharf before and struggled with the elevators but this unit made it so easy to get in and out.
