If you're looking to be in the middle of all the action, this is the place! Laketown Wharf is located in the heart of Panama City Beach's shopping, dining, and entertainment district, directly across the street from the famous Pineapple Willy's and Walmart. This incredible complex offers guests FIVE swimming pools (one heated)- a zero entry pool, partially shaded pool, island pool, rooftop pool (with amazing views), & a kiddie pool. It also has two hot tubs, kid's funscape playground, fitness center, putting green, and 52,000 square foot lakefront boardwalk. LTW is also home to some of PCB's most popular restaurants including Juan Taco & The Wharf, an all-inclusive buffet complete with a 735-gallon saltwater aquarium featured on the hit television show, Tanked! It's within walking distance to Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or Not, & Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Gran Maze. Laketown Wharf owners & guests have gated, deeded beach access located directly across the street from the complex. Here you can also rent beach chairs & umbrellas, as well as a variety of watercrafts/watersports.

This fabulous second floor unit offers almost 1,100 square feet of living space, including 1 bedroom, 1 set of bunk beds, and 1 pull out sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 6. The master bedroom features a king bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Travel down the hall and find a set of bunks in a secluded hallway with convenient access to a second full bathroom, also with a combination tub/shower. The open concept living and dining area leads out to the spacious private balcony. overlooking the lake. Unit also comes with a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, & cable.

- Please note, there is an additional one-time fee of $86.97 (subject to change) to be paid on site for up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands for the duration of your stay. This fee is in addition to your reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. This is only enough to get you started. However, Walmart is conveniently located directly across the street.
