This is beachfront luxury at its finest! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Ocean Reef condominium on the 8th floor offers over 1,500 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a smart television & incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Here you will be able to access the unit's spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sunset after a relaxing day at the beach. The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and its own access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a full bed, while the fourth has two twins. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart television. This living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 8. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use.
Ocean Reef is located within walking distance to Fun Land, Runaway Island, A'More Donuts, & AutentiKa Mexican Grille. It is less than 2.5 miles from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. Important Notes:
- Your booking includes two parking passes and 8 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, conveniently located on the ground floor near the elevator. Other spaces on the 5th floor of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Great place to spend a week with teenage kids. Mini golf, go kart and arcade all right across the street.
Pier park was a walkable 1.5 miles with tons to do.
The ocean view was amazing - often opened the sliding doors to listen to the waves softly crashing on the beach. Just a few steps to be right on the beach where vendors rent chairs/umbrellas.
Parking on lower parking garage level was easy. Workout facility was nothing special but was sufficient (2 treadmills, recumbent bike, elliptical, no weights).
Overall, the location was excellent, the unit was in good condition, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils.

Love the more private beach setting. You never felt overwhelmed by people crowding you. The only complaints I have is there needs to be a reevaluation on supplies in kitchen. There was only three spoons and not enough cooking pans/skillets. We just went and bought plastic utensils and paper plates. But did need to buy pan/skillet for cooking. We had a really great experience in Panama City Beach. The rooms were great. loved the deck/balcony chairs. the kitchen was sufficient and we did use that.
