This Regency Towers, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This 2nd floor beachfront unit has gulf and pool views & you can easily skip the elevator, just take one flight of stairs up to your condo! Regency Towers offers guests 2 large swimming pools (one heated year-round), indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), outdoor showers, picnic areas with grills, billiards room, & fitness center!
This spacious unit offers almost 1,200 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The living room and dining area offer ample, comfortable seating with views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large Smart TV, and access to the unit's private balcony with BRAND NEW patio furniture (2023). The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, twin over twin bunks, Smart TV and second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- There is a $40 charge (subject to change) payable upon check-in to Regency Towers. This includes 1 parking pass and 8 wrist bands. A second parking pass can be purchased for an additional $15. They accept credit or debit card only.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

GREAT location!! GREAT vacation!! We loved this condo!
Condo is roomy, bright and beautiful. Gorgeous views. We loved staying on the 2nd floor. Convenient to either take the stairs or the elevator right outside the door. Balcony is roomy with nice furniture to seat 6 comfortably. Kitchen has everything you need to cook if you'd like. Large table for 6 and then 3 barstools with plenty of room for family dinners. Just don't forget little things like S&P, Ziplock bags & foil, etc. - none are provided, but the kitchen is very well stocked otherwise! Freezer has an icemaker that's awesome! Bedrooms don't have ceiling fans, but there are large fans in the closets that did the job perfectly. Washer & dryer are older and small but worked great. Bedrooms are very roomy. The pool, tiki bar and snack bar were great & convenient. We LOVED the location - away from the main traffic but a very short drive to restaurants & shopping. Several grocery stores are only minutes away. We LOVED the security of the property - it's gated and you need a parking tag. We would DEFINITELY stay in this unit again!! Great view & location
This Beautifully decorated condo has a gorgeous view of the pool and beach. It has quick and easy access to the pool, bar, and beach as it is located only on the second floor. Our stay
We had a great experience. Loved that the room was very convenient to the bottom floor and right in front of the pool. The elevator took forever so it was nice to be able to go right up the stairs . Beach condo PCB
Condo is just like the pictures. Clean and well equipped. Pool right below and beach just the other side of pool. Great rental for four women
The pictures were very accurate and we had plenty of room. The bedding is very comfortable. Great host and service
took my son, his daughter, her boyfriend, and their daughter for my son's 50th birthday. We had a blast. Great service. Easy to get in touch with the host. She gave us ideas of things to do around Panama City Beach and checked in a few times during our stay to make sure all was going well and remind us to get in touch if we had any problems. The room was clean and like the pictures shown in the listing. The room is close to the elevator and pool entrance.
