Marisol is a low-density complex (only 45 units), located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. This complex offers guests a gulf front swimming pool, fitness center, and BBQ grills.
This incredibly spacious condominium offers almost 1,500 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or playing a game, and there is additional breakfast bar seating as well. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen television, and access to the unit's private corner balcony. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen television, dedicated workspace, access to the unit's private balcony, and its own private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, large whirlpool tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed, flat screen television, and access to the second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and its own television. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 8. This unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

- This unit includes 2 FREE Beach Loungers & 1 Umbrella March-October. Additional watersport activities (jet ski rentals, Banana Boat rides, parasailing, etc.) are available for an additional charge.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit or anywhere on the Marisol premises.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

This condo has it all!
This condo has it all! The location to the beach and the balcony were superb. It is much roomier than it appears in photos. The noise from the main road at times was very loud, however, we were there during bikers week and that definitely was the cause of extra noise. Beautifully decorated and right on the beach!
Beautifully decorated condo right on the beach. You could tell everything had been recently remodeled. It was squeaky clean too. It had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It was perfect for our stay. My 83 year old mother can’t do a lot of walking so we were able to enjoy the view of the beach and listen to the waves right from the balcony. The balcony had plenty of comfortable seating and was in the shade until well after 3pm in the afternoon. We also had an incredible breeze all day long. We didn’t go anywhere else so I can’t speak on activities or restaurants but we passed several things on our way in that were close by and looked like fun if you wanted to go do something. We were quite happy just chilling right there at the condo. Teri was super responsive. I had a couple of questions for her and she got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend this condo. Can't Say Enough Good Things!
I can't say enough good things about our experience with Marisol, and with Teri. The unit was even better than the pictures. And I don't think it's possible to be any closer to the water. Having a dedicated parking space was awesome! We had to park one car across the street, but even that was super convenient. We never had to wait for the elevator...even during spring break. Beautiful Marisol 102
Thank you for a wonderful week in this beautiful light and bright condo! We enjoyed Marisol 102's beautiful ocean views, loved being 1 floor up and able to use the stairs, the beach was not crowded, had lots of activities and loved the included beach chairs and umbrella!! We loved the gorgeous interior, felt like we were in a model home! The condo had everything we needed to cook meals together and enjoy dinner and sunsets on the balcony. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of room for all of our party!
