If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit and a pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a King bed and its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. It has a fully equipped kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. (Please note, the living room & master bedroom's vertical blinds have been removed and updated with curtains.)
Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options.
***NOTE: The Seachase HOA is currently replacing all glass (doors & windows) in the East Tower. The West Tower is complete. Work is currently underway and should hopefully be completed by late spring/early summer 2025. This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but there will be varying degrees of noise as they complete the surrounding units. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***
- Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from on-site vendor.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Another month in paradise
We have been renting at Sea Chase for the last11 years straight.last few years for the whole month of Sept..we always enjoy the stay even thru the construction and improvements that have taken place the last couple of years. Beach Srervice was a HUGE improvement this year, over past years.Very on time,organized, friendly, and available. Quiet, Quiet, Quiet
This was our second stay at Seachase -- one at the west building, the other at the east building. Our most recent stay was in the east building. The unit was exactly as pictured and described on VRBO pages. This unit did not have up to date decor, but there was nothing wrong with any of the furnishings. We brought our ROKU to watch movies at night, but the TV in the main living area was an older plazma set without USB connections. Therefore, we had to hook the ROKU up in one of the bedrooms. It worked well there. I was hoping the unit had a Keurig coffee maker, but it was a Mr. Coffee. We had to purchase some filters for it. Those two items are not meant to be negative, but only to inform others who might consider a stay in this unit. The unit was clean, well supplied, private, and EXTREMELY QUIET. Access to the beach was convenient. Parking was no problem. The location was about a 1/4 mile west of the Y on Hwy 79. Affordable beachfront
Seachase is an older complex but what a gem! The views from this unit were outstanding and we liked that it's a smaller complex. Plenty of space to spread out from others on the beach and we liked having he shops across the street and Winn Dixie just down the road.
