Great Floor Plan for a Family Vacation
Overall we loved our experience in this condo. The specific unit was decorated really nicely and we loved the layout and the full wall views from every room. It was very comfortable. For the building as a whole, we enjoyed the smaller size and the location since it meant the beach, elevators, etc. were never crowded and it was easy to get around.

There was definitely some construction noise Monday - Friday from around 9-5, but this was very much pointed out in the listings, etc. Teri was also very helpful in getting us moved to a similar unit when our original booking became unavailable due to construction, and was super helpful at any time we needed anything.

Friendly people, great location
Beautiful condo. Had an issue with a toilet on the first day. They immediately took care of it. Friendly people, great location. Beach was not as crowded. Will definitely book again.

Another wonderful year at this location
Despite having to change rental units just a week or so before our arrival, the new unit was wonderful and our stay was nice. The construction noise from replacing windows was minimal, and really not a problem at all. As always, the views from the condo were unmatched. I love how quiet it is at this end of Panama City Beach.

Incredible place!
This place was incredible!! Close to everything, great parking, no waiting for elevator. Kitchen was fully stocked. Way beyond my expectations. Been vacationing in Panama City for almost 10 years and this was the best so far.

Spectacular views from every room
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Seachase and loved the wall to wall windows. Having both bedrooms face the gulf was such a nice treat.
We loved the size of this unit and the condo as well. Elevator was quick and beach/pool were not crowded.
Rental company was easy to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit!!!
Absolutely loved the unit!!! The couch could use a cleaning but other than that it was very clean and quiet! We were very happy with the unit.

October getaway
Place was well stocked with everything we needed. Love the layout, view, and location. With a little updating to furniture (couches are worn pretty well) and master bed is starting to wear out as well. A fresh coat of paint and some small repairs would be perfect! Still a great place to enjoy some time away from home!

Panama City Beach Paradise
Beautiful condo, with an amazing view. Only downside was construction noise and dust underneath us, very loud and and plaster powder everywhere. Started at 9am ended at 5. Best to stay outside until 5

Vacation 2022
Fantastic vacation rental. Loved the condo. Perfect for my wife and two teenagers. There were some issues but nothing major. Was told by management that they were getting ready to renovate the building.

Just Great
First of all the unit was great. It was clean, spacious, well decorated with a wonderful view. As for the condo building as a whole, it could use some cosmetic repairs. LASTLY, if all guest would read instructions for parking there will be less headaches for everyone. Cars and small SUVs should park under the covered areas. Larger SUVs WILL NOT fit. We spoke to another traveler the day we arrived that scraped the roof of their Tahoe on the ceiling. We struggled nightly to find parking since all spots were taken by smaller vehicles but the covered parking was close to empty.
