Your booking includes two parking passes and 6 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, it is located on the 2nd floor of the garage. Other spaces on the 5th floor of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Can't Say Enough About This Condo!
Waking up every morning to the view that is outstanding, watching dolphins play in the water from the balcony. Sipping coffee with the most amazing view! The private beach access was perfect! locals were friendly and the shopping was great! Can't say enough about this condo. The rooms were perfect, the furniture was comfy, the beds were perfection I fell asleep & got 8+ hrs of needed rest! Definitely 100 gonna come back!! Thank you for sharing your space. Amazing
Very clean and well kept place to stay with everything you would need for a full week away with the family. Beach was Is 40yrds from condo and a easy walk! Very pleased
The condo was spacious. We always had hot water. It was easy to get to the beach and pool. It was private and you used a code to get through gates and we enjoyed it so much. The water was beautiful and clear. The elevators were fast. The balcony was off the living room and the master bedroom the view of the ocean was gorgeous you could see the dolphins while, having coffee on the balcony.
