This beautifully decorated beachfront studio offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests to enjoy your Panama City Beach getaway! This unit boasts 2 Queen sized beds, a table for four and additional seating to sit back and enjoy the amazing views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, dishware, flatware, cooking essentials, coffee pot, the basic necessities!
Top of the Gulf's amenities include a large main pool, kiddie pool, snack bar area (seasonal), charcoal grills, sundeck w/ lounge chairs, community outdoor showers, outdoor dining area, game room, fitness center and shuffleboard/cornhole court.
Free Wi-Fi, bath towels/linens provided and keyless entry for easy access.
Shared, coin-operated laundry facilities on every even-numbered floor.
Parking Notes: A $30 resort fee is charged by the HOA and due upon arrival. (Cash ONLY) This resort fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle and up to four wristbands. Only 1 vehicle max allowed per stay.
**Please Note Top of the Gulf will be resurfacing hallway floors October through December 2023. Guests should expect some level of noise during the day as they complete this necessary project.**
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age requirement: All guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older who is staying in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Activities were a blast!
The condo was perfect for a little week getaway for my husband and I. The condo is right on the beach with its own private beach access. There is a $30 resort fee you have to pay when you check in, to use the resorts amenities like the pool. The condos location was great, as we didn't get a rental car so we ubered or walked wherever we were going. It was also really cool how they offer free activities when you book this place! A wonderful vacation!
The condo was very clean and exactly as expected. It’s in a great location for going out to dinner, attractions, shopping and even running to Walmart. The beach is beautiful and easy to access. Exactly what we were looking for
The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was a good size for us and our 2 kids. Check-in was easy and the ladies at the front desk were friendly. Better than last time
The place was nice, really this was my second time at "top of the gulf" in this opportunity we stayed in a different room 509 it was better than last time. the beach view is very nice. Great place for a short beach trip!
Overall we loved our stay. It was a perfect size for a 4 day trip. The only complaint was the hot water. We had to take very quick showers so we didn’t run out.
