The Turtle's Nest
You'll have full access to this home's oversized brick paved driveway and be less than 250 feet away from Beach Access 19. This beautiful home, recently built in 2017, offers almost 1,600 square feet of luxury living space and features ceramic tile flooring throughout. It includes a large front porch and very spacious private fenced back yard, complete with NEW (2024) heated* swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, hammock, and outdoor shower to wash off all of the salt & sand after a fun day at the beach. Rough waters in the gulf? No worries, as you have your own private swimming pool to enjoy!
The living room offers ample, comfortable seating and large flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV access. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and beautiful recycled glass countertops. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, large smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 Queen beds, and the third has two full over full bunks. These two bedrooms also each have their own televisions and share a second bathroom with double sinks and oversized tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have heated towel racks to add that extra bit of comfort. This property provides a pack and play for a small child as well as a highchair. Additionally, there is a large laundry room with a brand-new Speed Queen washing machine and dryer for your use.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the home during the duration of the reservation.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
- Pool can be heated to approximately 78-80 degrees Fahrenheit from October1 -May 1 for an additional fee of $45/day with a 1 week minimum requirement and 48 hours notice.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Please note, there is a front & rear exterior security camera/doorbell on site.

Wonderful Time
We had a wonderful time for the 3 days we were there. The kids 9, 5, 4 & 1 enjoyed the full sized bunk beds. The older ones enjoyed the pool & we all loved the hot tub. The home was nice and living area was very comfortable. Phenomenal!
This place was phenomenal. Very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need at a beach house. Literally a block away from the beach and mini golf. The home was very homey that you felt like you never left your own home. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Loved the pool!
We had an awesome time! The house was great the private pool is a huge plus for the double red flag days when you can't get in the ocean and for night swimming! Amazing Trip!
We had an amazing time at The Turtle's Nest in PCB! The house was just perfect for our family of 7, with plenty of space to spare. It was spotlessly clean, and the pool was a blast—it had everything we needed for a great time. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach! They've thought of everything at this place, from TVs in every room to a fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful Vacation Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Turtle's Nest. The location was wonderful-- just steps to the beach, the pool was great for nighttime wind-down. Plenty of room for our family of 6 and great TVs in each room. The home is newly renovated, clean, and with all the modern conveniences. Property management is responsive and friendly. This is a quieter part of the beach away from all the high-rises which was a 100% added plus for us. This house was amazing! The outdoor oasis was spectacular! I took my Mom and Daughter for Mother’s Day gift. My granddaughters had so much fun in the pool. This home is absolutely incredible. Everything is so clean, new, and comfortable. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the evenings and grilling out.
