This beautifully updated unit offers almost 1200 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large Smart TV and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV and its own private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk room is perfect for traveling with children, includes a third full bathroom to be shared by guests using the pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options. Tidewater offers easy access to Highway 79, is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Marco's Pizza, and Margaritaville. Tidewater offers guests both a heated indoor & 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, poolside bar & grill, movie theatre, game room, and fitness center with a Roman spa!
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- There is a one-time fee of $48 plus tax & credit card fees (subject to change) for up to 2 parking passes and wristbands. Link for payment and registration to be provided prior to arrival.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Perfect Vacation with my family + our 71 year old disabled Mom
The condo was beautiful. Our tvs all came on fine except the one in the living room. I reached out to someone and they came that same day, reprogramed the tv and explained how to work the remote. EXCELLENT SPEEDY SERVICE 10/10. The condo owner was also very helpful. Beach Haven!
HIGHLY recommend this cozy condo! The decor is spot on for the beach vibes, and all the details have been thought out perfectly. There wasn’t one item that I needed that wasn’t already available to me. The amenities in the building are plentiful, the view from the balcony is perfect, and the beach front is beautiful! Roomy, well stocked, great location & view!
We had a great stay here! The condo is beautiful, just as the pics show. The layout is roomy and we appreciated the three bathrooms for our group. The kitchen has everything you'll need, we cooked breakfasts, and several dinners. The view is amazing. Condo amenities are perfect, felt safe, great restaurants and shops, within walking distance. Tidewater 713 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tidewater was a fantastic place to stay. Unit 713 was exceptional. This unit had two bedrooms with a bunkhouse, ocean view, and three full bathrooms. It has been recently remodeled, and was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our stay was for 26 days and came with free activities to do every day. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay on the beach. Great Condo!
Condo was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for the five of us. Condo seemed to be stocked with all the items you would need. It was nice to sit on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean. Right on the beach!
We found this rental as a last-minute trip. The location was great, right on the beach! It was clean and spacious and a great deal.
