A second parking pass may be purchased for an additional $50, subject to change. Per HOA restrictions, a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per stay.
Q: Are smoking or pets allowed?
A: No. Smoking and pets are not allowed in this rental. Guests should plan accordingly before booking.
Q: What is the minimum age requirement to book?
A: The booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older. The person who books must also stay in the rental for the full duration of the reservation.
Q: Are beach towels provided?
A: Beach towels are not provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels for pool and beach use.
