The views from this 24th floor condominium are incredible! This unit offers almost 1700 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling glass, providing incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. It also has a large flat screen television, and access to the unit's private wrap around balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. Two of the bedrooms have a King size bed, flat screen television, and their own private ensuites. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with flat screen television. The bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, includes a third full bathroom with a jack-and-jill door to the third bedroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 10. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
Age Requirement - All guests must be accompanied by someone 25 years of age or older who is staying in the unit.
