Sterling Breeze located at 16701 Front Beach Road is one of Panama City Beach's most sought-after complexes, as it offers guests a beachfront seasonally heated pool, hot tub, poolside cafe, fitness center, BBQ grills, and security. Sterling Breeze is located less than half a mile to Pier Park and several popular local restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, the Skywheel, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, The Grande Theatre, and much more! It's also just a short 5-minute drive to Frank Brown Park and only 20 minutes from Beaches International Airport.
This 10th floor, end unit offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with almost 1600 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently updated with quartz countertops, beautiful glass tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area offers ample, comfortable seating, a Smart TV with cable, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto your private balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the waves.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, large flat screened TV with cable and gulf views with an ensuite bathroom that has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a Smart TV with cable and another full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Down the hall is a large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV with cable. Guests staying in this room enjoy the use of a third full bathroom in the hallway. This unit comfortably sleeps 8. It also has a new front loading washing machine and dryer.
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- An additional one-time $50 Resort Fee is required to be paid directly to the Resort. This fee covers 1 parking pass and up to 8 wristbands. An additional parking pass may be purchased for an additional $50. Max 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Clean & Well Laid Out
Host responded promptly when we had any issues. I would send her text and she would get back to me immediately. Condo was clean and well laid out. Location was perfect being on the 10th floor on a corner unit. We could see everything it was great. We spotted a sea turtle from the balcony. Southern Coast made this trip such a great experience! We will definitely continue to rent from them in the future! Loved the Corner Unit!
We've been going to PCB for years and have never stayed at this condo before- absolutely loved it! Loved the corner unit and there was so much space. Wonderful stay at Sterling Breeze
The unit is very spacious and there was enough room for everyone in my party. The unit was clean and well kept. We arrived late in the evening and it was nice to have an initial supply of necessities like paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap etc. The location was perfect; convenient to Pier Park, Gulf World and lots of restaurants. Lovely stay at Sterling Breeze
We really enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze, the unit had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our family. We loved that it was so close to Pier Park and we also took advantage of their free ticket offering. It was nice having one of us go for free, every little bit of savings helps! Great condo!
This was my first time staying at this condo. The location was great! Easy access to Back Beach Road and Pier Park. The room was exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room for my family. Beds were comfortable, and room was stocked with everything we needed. Loved that it was on the end so very little noise even though it was right beside the elevator. 1000% Recommend!
We loved unit 1001 at Sterling Breeze! It was so big!! It was on the corner and very private! No traffic outside the entry door! Beautiful view of the water! The pool & hot tub were very clean and so was the gym! The front desk staff was also so sweet & always helpful! Within walking distance to anything you may need! The chairs on the beach came with our room and th young man working with the chairs was also awesome! We used a free day of golf & also a few days we used the $20 at Dave & Buster's! Spring Break with Family
It was great. One detail was I did not receive the check out instructions till after we had left. The only thing we didn’t do was leave wrist bands and parking pass. We put all dishes in dishwasher but did not start it. It was clean when we got there (the floor was pretty gritty with sand but was understood). We added a bit of sand I’m sure.
