Sterling Breeze located at 16701 Front Beach Road is one of Panama City Beach's most sought-after complexes, as it offers guests a beachfront seasonally heated pool, hot tub, poolside cafe, fitness center, BBQ grills, and security. Sterling Breeze is located less than half a mile to Pier Park and several popular local restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, the Skywheel, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, The Grande Theatre, and much more! It's also just a short 5-minute drive to Frank Brown Park and only 20 minutes from Beaches International Airport.

This 10th floor, end unit offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with almost 1600 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently updated with quartz countertops, beautiful glass tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area offers ample, comfortable seating, a flat screen television, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto your private balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the waves.

The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and gulf views with an ensuite bathroom that has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and another full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Down the hall is a large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Guests staying in this room enjoy the use of a third full bathroom in the hallway. This unit comfortably sleeps 8. It also has a new front loading washing machine and dryer.

***Please note, Sterling Breeze will be modernizing both of their elevators beginning September 6, 2023. One elevator will be being modernized while the other is planned to be operational. This could contribute to longer wait times than normal. The project is scheduled to be completed prior to Spring Break 2024.***

- An additional one-time $50 Resort Fee is required to be paid directly to the Resort. This fee covers 1 parking pass and up to 8 wristbands. An additional parking pass may be purchased for an additional $50. Max 2 vehicles allowed per stay.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
