St. Thomas Square is a gated complex located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is only one block from a public beach access and within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls. It is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! St. Thomas Square has its own private dock with fish cleaning station on Grand Lagoon (an approximately 15-minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico), available on a first come, first serve basis, as well as a designated space to park your watercraft trailer. It also has its own swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle-board court, grilling area, and outdoor fire pit.
This 2nd floor unit has been recently updated. This spacious condominium offers guests almost 1,300 square feet of living space and overlooks the Grand Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area has ample, comfortable seating, and doors leading to the unit's large private balcony. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, flat screen television, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with new cabinets, granite countertops and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom with updated cabinetry. The living room sofa pulls out to a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. **Please note, fireplace is NOT for guest use.**
- Please note, there is an additional parking fee due prior to or upon arrival paid directly to the HOA. Automobiles are $23.33/each (up to 30 days) and motorcycles are $11.85/each (up to 30 days). 2 vehicles max per stay. No trailers allowed, with the exception of watercraft trailers, which are also an additional fee (see below).
- Use of boat dock & parking of your watercraft trailer requires additional $250 pre-tax payment in advance of arrival.
- No smoking and no pets allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. This is an HOA rule and NO exceptions can be made.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Beautiful Resort Style Environment
Very nice condo unit in a beautiful resort style environment. The view off the deck was amazing in the morning and evening. Clean & peaceful with everything we needed!
We loved our stay here! Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, we were there during spring break but the neighborhood is so peaceful did not affect our stay at all. The home was clean and had everything we needed. And communication was amazing, I didn't even have to ask questions since everything was very detailed in emails about check in and check out. PCB Girls Getaway

Easy & Clean
Easy parking, easy check in, cleanest property I've ever stayed in. Very grateful for broom and vacuum to clean up after my children. The iron and ironing board is a huge bonus because they were all sold out last year when a previous host did not supply one. Worth every penny
we had the most amazing vacation. Our family was privileged to stay at this condo. The apartment was spotless. great view. We loved that the location is right in the middle of all the good stuff.
