New furniture, floors, & paint 2023! If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet, a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other bedroom. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The living room features a new pull out sofa for additional guests and two swivel chairs that rock and recline. All units have fully equipped kitchens with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.
On site parking limited to two vehicles, no exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Gorgeous beach and condo
We stayed in condo at Seachase on Front Beach Road in Panama City, FL. Perfect location and condo was absolutely gorgeous! There is a view of the ocean from every angle of condo, along with some sea life such as dolphins, pelicans, etc. My daughter and family went with us and we all will definitely visit this again. 50th wedding anniversary
We love the seachase location. We stayed at South Pacific 50 years ago on our honeymoon and wanted to stay in the exact location for this celebration.
We have been coming to PCB over 50 years and moved recently from the east side Thomas drive, because of the overpopulated beaches. We have found our happy place and will return to Seachase. A bonus is Thomas donuts just 10 minutes away, try them you love the coconut donut and lots more.

Spring Break 2022
We were very pleased with our stay at Seachase E703 condo!! The view was beautiful from any room in our condo! The beds were very plush and comfortable and the condo was quiet with no noise from any neighbors. The location was perfect for going to restaurants/shopping in PCB.
