Reflections 207 is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This 2nd floor unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), hot tub, grilling area and has views of St. Andrew's Bay. Reflections is home to Serenity Spa and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Bay Point Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.
This spacious condo offers over 1,000 square feet of bayfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa. Enjoy fabulous pool/bay views and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a queen bed, large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. Both the Living Room and Bedroom have Smart TVs with cable. The unit has a washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions. Vehicle information will be requested prior to your arrival and submitted to the Association.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Third times the charm
This was my third time renting this unit, forth time at this complex. This unit is perfect for my needs. It has a great view of the pool, hot tub, 4th tee and the bay. Great location & clean!
Really enjoyed the location as it was close enough to get to dinner and the beach quickly but felt far enough away that we weren't right in the middle of everything. A very nice balance. Peaceful & Well Kept
Awesome, peaceful stay in PCB! We love the Shell Island /St Andrews area and this condo was only minutes away! Pool and grounds were beautiful and well kept! Peaceful & Private
Peaceful, private, and aesthetically pleasing location. Unit was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was amazing and had all of the utensils needed to make any dish. The balcony had an amazing view of the pool and lagoon. Perfect Getaway!
We love Reflections and have been coming here for many years. This is our first time staying with Southern Coast Vacation Rentals and we will definitely stay with them again. The free golf perk is so worth it, my husband golfed every day of our stay for free! We've never stayed in this area but really loved it, will definitely be back!
