This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located at 230 Saint Katherine Boulevard in the popular resort community of Gulf Highlands, and just a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, shuffle-board courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.

This particular 2 level townhome is quite spacious, with almost 1400 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and is open concept with the dining and living areas. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa, and a door leading out to the private patio overlooking the fenced, heated swimming pool. A half bathroom is also located downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, both with King sized beds, flat screen televisions, and their own full bathrooms. The master bedroom also has an additional sitting area overlooking the pool. The washer and dryer is located upstairs as well. This unit comfortably sleeps 6.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
