Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.

This spacious and updated 2-level townhome offers almost 1,000 square feet of living space. It's been freshly painted with updated LVP floors and new cabinetry! Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room features brand new furniture offering guests ample, comfortable seating which includes a pullout sofa, love seat and recliner. Also includes a large Smart TV with cable access. Step out on the patio to relax in the brand-new seating and enjoy the scenery. The back yard overlooks the putt-putt course and the nearby shuffleboard courts. For your convenience, a half bathroom is also located downstairs and a full-sized washing machine and dryer for your use off the patio.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a Smart TV with cable and private access to the second story balcony overlooking the putt-putt course. The second bedroom also features a Queen-sized bed and Smart TV. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo located upstairs with access from the hallway or directly from the master bedroom. This townhome comfortably sleeps 6.
