And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.
This particular 2 level townhome is quite spacious, with almost 1400 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and is open concept with the dining and living areas. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa, and a door leading out to the private patio overlooking the fenced, heated swimming pool. A half bathroom is also located downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, both with King sized beds, flat screen televisions, and their own full bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a new trundle bed for additional seating or space to sleep. The washer and dryer is located upstairs as well. This unit comfortably sleeps 6.

A Wonderful Stay
**"A Wonderful Stay"** I had such a lovely time at this place! The apartment was just as described- spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me great local tips, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Absolutely Perfect!
We have stayed in the Gulf Highlands multiple times over the past several years. This was our first stay in 230 Katherine Blvd, and the location and home was absolutely perfect! The unit is located directly in front of a pool, which our kids loved to swim in, especially at night. The walk to the beach was easy. The home is well suited for kids and families. We loved how close the Highlands was to so many restaurants and things to do. We only had one small internet/TV issue during our stay, and the host was incredibly prompt and helpful assisting us to get things back working within minutes! Clean & had everything we needed!
We loved this place! It's close to the beach and located in a safe gated community. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family to feel at home. Our kids loved having the pool right out the back door! Extremely happy!
My family and I were extremely happy & grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in Teri's beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured and described. She was very sweet and helpful in communication, we didn't need to contact her for anything. I loved having the heated pool in the backyard and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. A lot of people had golf carts, but that's something I'll have to keep in mind for our next trip down (we were first time visitors to PCB). Hopefully we will be back in the future. We love PCB!
We had such a great time in PCB and this townhome was perfect for our family! Had everything we needed and loved how the pool was right out the back door. Close to Walmart and loved not having to bother with elevators during arrival and departure. Great time in PCB
We love Gulf Highlands but this was our first stay in this unit, we'd definitely stay again! Loved having the pool right out the back door and a short walk to the beach.
