This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located at 155 Grand Island Boulevard in the popular resort community of Gulf Highlands, and just a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, shuffle-board courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.
This beautiful 2 level townhome is quite spacious, with almost 1600 square feet of living space. The open concept floorplan allows for plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals during your stay on the gas stove. It also has a Keurig duo coffeemaker, so coffee lovers can brew a whole pot or just a cup. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating and a door leading out to the private patio overlooking the fenced swimming pool and children's play area. The patio features a dining table for 6, a comfortable outdoor sectional, fire pit and a gas grill. A half bathroom is also located downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom which features a King bed, sitting area and a set of bunk beds with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower. All rooms feature flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable. The washer and dryer is located upstairs as well. This unit comfortably sleeps 6.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Grande Escape
We have a Townhouse across the street from The Grande Escape & rented this place for my son & his family. It is beautifully decorated & has an amazing backyard with playground & pool steps away. It was very convenient. Best Vacation Rental
This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever had the pleasure to rent! The management team was wonderful, they answered all of our questions prior to our trip. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, great location and access to the beach. Has everything you need for an excellent get-a-way! Home away from home
I can’t say enough great things about this property. The furniture is amazing. It is so spacious compared to others in gulf highland. The location is perfect for kids and right next to the big pool. The owner has thought of every single detail.
