Coral Reef Unit 906
This spacious unit offers over 2,000 square feet of luxury coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, large pantry, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a Smart TV with cable, an electric fireplace, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the beach. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower with double shower heads and bench, and a separate dressing area including an additional sink and counterspace. A second bedroom, located just off the entryway near the front of the unit, has another King size bed, as well as its own ensuite bathroom with another walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have Queen size beds and share a third full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located off the hall in between them. One bedroom is gulf front, and the other is forward facing. All bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit as well.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

One of our best vacations to date!
Our stay at Coral Reef was one of our best vacations to date! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious and had all of the basics we needed to start our vacation. The two pools were nice so that we could choose whichever one was less crowded (although they never were really full), the distance to walk to the beach was very close and the area of the beach wasn't super crowded. I will say, I wish that chair/umbrella rentals were included as that was an added expense that most condos in the area include when booking. Or maybe even have chairs, umbrella, sand toys for guests to enjoy while there. We ended up leaving two small chairs and sand toys that we purchased for the next renters. Communication and instructions for check-in and check-out was excellent. Had one minor issue with the TV log-on and response was very quick and corrected in no time at all. The unit was very clean except for some dust on the closet shelves. Overall, a great place to stay and the host provided excellent communication and service. WONDERFUL Beach Getaway!
From the moment my family and I arrived at Coral Reef, we were in love! The grounds are so well-maintained, there is plenty of parking, the elevators are fast, and the unit... Oh, my goodness! We absolutely LOVED 906. It was so spacious for our family of 7. Everyone could spread out if they wanted to, or come together and not be on top of each other. The balcony had great views of the pools and the beach. We could not have been happier. We've been coming to PCB for 35 years and will never stay anywhere else.
