High Standards

We hold each and every employee to the highest standards. Cleanliness & maintenance, both preventative & breakdown are imperative to upholding your investment's value. 


We use Key Data software, which gives us access to factual, real-time data that can be used to analyze your property's future performance based on historical information of properties similar in size, location, & condition, along with current market conditions, seasonal demand patterns, & occupancy rates. This allows us to come up with a realistic rental projection backed by factual data, not simply just a "guess."


  • SCVR will register & obtain proper licensing with the State of Florida, Bay County, & the City of Panama City Beach.
  • We will schedule the fire inspection with the City of PCB.
  • A Florida Licensed Home Inspector will do a walk-through of each property & notate any items that are in need of repair or replacement.
  • Our professional property managers will take full inventory to ensure your property is well-equipped for future guests & in line with industry standards. 
  • We provide all linens and do not charge owners a linen fee! We provide two sets per property so our housekeeping staff can launder them off-site with no wear on your equipment. 
  • We will order & install mattress & box spring encasements to help prevent the infestation of bed bugs.
  • SCVR will schedule an initial cleaning with our professional and experienced housekeeping staff to ensure the property's cleanliness is up to our high standards. 
  • We will schedule a professional real estate/drone photographer to be sure your property is seen in the best light.
  • Our company will coordinate the purchasing and distribution of any HOA required parking passes, wristbands, etc.


  • We will list your property on our website, Airbnb, & VRBO, and feature it on our Facebook page and cover all listing fees.
  • We will implement our Professional Rates Manager Software in order to list your property at competitive rates while still maximizing owner profit.
  • SCVR will provide you with a secure login to an Owners Portal so you can view your property's calendar and statement at any time.
  • We have the ability to transfer monthly owner payouts via ACH.
  • In order to enhance guest experience, we provide a start-up supply of basic amenities for every reservation at no cost to you.
  • SCVR collects a Damage Waiver from every guest to cover guest damages up to a specified amount.
  • We will efficiently & satisfactorily handle any & all guest complaints.
  • SCVR will coordinate quarterly preventative maintenance. 
  • We will coordinate housekeeping at the end of each stay, as well as one deep clean per year during the off-season.

  • We partner with activities concierge service, Xplorie! This allows us to offer our guests (AND OWNERS) FREE tickets to 7 local attractions EVERY DAY of their stay! This is great perk to owners & also a great incentive for guests to choose your property over others, especially during the off-season when inventory is at a surplus.
